About NorCal SUP
Mission
Our mission is to expand access to paddle boarding by creating safe and supportive programs that build confidence, teach water safety, and connect youth and communities to the outdoors.
Vision
We envision a future where everyone—regardless of background or experience—has the opportunity to feel confident, safe, and at home on the water.
Shelly Alves is a Northern California native, lifelong athlete, and experienced coach with a background in exercise science, athletic training, and emergency medical care.
